Unlike an attorney, who can only represent one party in a divorce matter, our mediator's will work with both parties to resolve issues. After a settlement agreement has been reached, our document company can prepare all of the necessary documents for your divorce. This process saves you thousands of dollars over the conventional attorney divorce process.

DIVORCE (Documentation Service)

If the parties are in agreement, you only need our document service.  This can be handled at any one of our 5 convenient offices in Dade and Broward Counties.  Call us and schedule an appointment with one of our divorce specialists.  A complete set of documents will be prepared based on the information you provide us. ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Mr. Allan J. Weltman is a Family Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. He is approved by the Florida Supreme Court as a Guardian Ad Litem. He is also certified as a "Special Knowledge" trainer by the Dispute Resolution Center, Florida Supreme Court. He is a Member of The Association of South Florida Mediators, Member of Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. Mr. Weltman also served as a County Court Mediator in Florida's Fifteenth and Seventeenth Judicial Circuits.
